Overview
The EFED Community Partnership Initiative (CPI) is a strategic program designed to cultivate meaningful, collaborative relationships with organizations, schools, government agencies, faith-based institutions, and businesses. This initiative aligns with EFED’s mission of empowering fathers and male guardians to raise confident, protected, and empowered daughters.
Goals of the CPI
- Strengthen Local Impact: Deliver EFED’s father-daughter programming to diverse communities through shared resources and collaboration.
- Enhance Sustainability: Leverage community networks to ensure long-term success and relevance of EFED’s work.
- Amplify Reach: Expand program access through trusted local channels (schools, clinics, churches, workplaces).
- Support Community Ownership: Encourage local leadership and grassroots support for EFED workshops, mentorships, and campaigns.

Types of Partnerships
1. Outreach Partners
- Promote EFED workshops and events to their community
- Provide venues for programs (classrooms, halls, etc.)
- Share communication platforms (newsletters, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
2. Program Delivery Partners
- Co-host or co-facilitate EFED training, talks, and mentorship sessions
- Nominate facilitators or social workers to be trained by EFED
- Coordinate local engagement with schools and parents
3. Funding & Resource Partners
- Sponsor EFED campaigns or supply in-kind donations (transport, snacks, T-shirts, etc.)
- Support with stipends, printing, venue hire, data, airtime
- Assist with co-branded events for CSI/BBBEE impact
4. Advocacy & Visibility Partners
- Amplify EFED messaging in media or public platforms
- Endorse EFED’s efforts through local leaders or influencers
- Feature EFED success stories on their social pages or newsletters
